Do you need to make a refund?

If you wish to make a return due to mishandling of the package during shipment (e.g. it has suffered a blow and has damaged the inside) it is advisable to have prepared photographs or videos of the product's conditionThis will help to speed up the process, colleagues in the department may require them.

In case your product(s) are in a bad condition, e.g. a filament with moisture, you also have to prepare photographs or videos that provide evidence of this. You can provide us with a link to the video uploaded to Google Drive or Youtube, whichever is more convenient for you.

IMPORTANT: open a Ticket with the support team by filling in the form below if the return is to be made due to a our mistake, or to the poor condition of the material.
