I want to make a order

  • Placing an order is as simple as add to cart the product(s) you are interested in.
  • Check the trolley, and make sure everything is correct.
  • Once reviewed, proceed to the finalise purchase.

  • If you already have an account it is likely that the fields will be auto-completed for you.
  • If you don't have an account yet It's OK, just fill in the required fields, and choose a username and password for your account.
    With your account you will be able to view your order history, modify addresses (shipping or billing), change the name that others will see (in case you leave comments, for example), change your password...
  • Remember that the username you choose must be it must be unique and will be public if you leave any comments
  • The shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of the weight/volume of the items in the order.
  • You can calculate shipping costs from the shopping cartby entering Country/Province/City/City/CP and clicking Update

  • Or you can proceed directly to the Checkout or checkout, where you will see the shipping costs when you enter Country/Province.

Delivery times for 3D printing consumables are 24 hours (*Estimated delivery time, for more info please see our Shipping and Returns Policy) on working days to mainland Spain, if the order is placed before 16.00 hours.

Do the 3D printers also take 24 hours?

Unlike consumables, 3D printers can take a little longer. Some 3D printers will be able to arrive within 24 hoursbut for security reasons we do not ship 3D printers on Fridays.

Other 3D printers can take 3-5 days. to arrive. In such cases, you can see estimated delivery date within the product sheet or in the trolley.

Remember that in any case, you will receive a tracking. With this tracking number you will always know the status of your order. If you have any problems, you can contact the assigned transport agencyor with the customer service department from i3ddigital.com and we will try to solve any problems that may have occurred.

At impresoras3d.com we like to make it easy for you, that's why we are always working to implement new payment methods that allow you to make your purchases in the easiest way possible.

You will be able to make payments with:

  • Card: Convenient, fast and secure payment method. You will be directed to your bank page to make the payment, impresoras3d.com will not receive this data nor have access to them. Your bank will probably send you a security code to complete the payment.
  • PayPalOne of the most secure payment methods since the rise of the Internet. A surcharge will be applied for its use with a maximum of €9.99 surcharge. You will be redirected to your PayPal account where you will need to log in and confirm your payment.
  • Bank transferYou can place orders using the bank transfer payment method. Once we receive the transfer we will proceed to ship the products. To speed up the process you can contact us by e-mail at contact@i3ddigital.com enclosing a copy of the transfer receipt.

It is possible that we have the product you are looking for, even if it is not listed in the shop.

I have already made a order

At impresoras3d.com we have 24-hour deliveriesfor deliveries to the Peninsula, on working days, and provided that the order is placed before 16.00 hours.

  • Check your e-mail, when the order leaves our warehouse, we send a tracking so that it can follow up
  • Check the Spam folder if you do not find the mail with the tracking.
  • If you have not received tracking you can send us an email to contact@i3ddigital.com or call us on +34 91 1609909.

Please note that once the order leaves our warehouses, the responsibility is that of the transport agency. We will do our best to ensure that the order arrives on time, and in case you have difficulties in dealing with the agency, you can count on us to deal with any unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, and you wish to modify it, you can call us by phone at +34 911609909 and request the modification, you will be refunded or asked to pay the difference.
Remember to keep the order number.

You can check the status of your order at any time, by going to the "My Account" -> "Orders".

  • If your order appears "On Hold"means that we are waiting for the receipt of the receipt, or the receipt of the transfer.
  • If your order appears in "Processing"means that your order will leave our warehouse shortly.
  • If your order appears in status "Pending PaymentYou will be able to complete the payment process from the section "...".My Account" -> "Orders" -> "Pay"You don't have to fill in any data again, just finish with the payment method of your choice.
  • The state "Completed"means that your order is already in the hands of the carrier, so if this is your case, please remember to check the tracking that must have arrived in your email (remember to check your spam folder).

Delivery times to Spain Peninsula are as follows 24 hours if the order is placed before 16.00 hours on working days (with some exceptions, they are not delivered on weekends).

Returns for poor condition

The following may be requested photos o videos as proof so that we can make the respective claim, and replace your damaged or defective item.

In order to advance the process, it is advisable to attach a url with photos and videos showing the poor state of the material.

The products of impresoras3d.com comply with the 2 years warranty that the Law establishes. If your product is damaged and the incident is covered by the warranty, you can process it by opening a ticket through the contact and support page or call us at 911609909, and we will process the warranty with the manufacturer.

The deadline may vary depending on the product.
